Addressing the "Elephant in the Room," an intimate four-city tour that holds promise and space for the Lloyiso fandom. For those lucky enough, it offers a chance to discover your favorite artist in a cozy venue setting before we buy that double ticket to his homecoming arena tour.

As delightful as it is to see talent merit and climb up the ladder of stardom, we often reflect back to the days when we were an arm's length away, shaking hands and capturing that awkward selfie moment for social media.

However, without turning back the hands of time, we still long for something with middle ground. You know? "Big production value but small enough to not stand in a queue forever."

Well, the impossible was done... Lloyiso and Stella Artois somehow managed to successfully pull off a big-scale production concert with line arrays, a five-piece band, and impeccable stage lighting at the home of Cape Town's Neighbourgoods Market.

Honestly, you had to be there to know it was possible. Better yet, you had to be present to witness the artistry at work and its seamless effort to connect and inspire an audience on such an intimate level, prompting the crowd to sing along to the already classics "Let Me Love You Now" and "I Hate That I Care."

Lloyiso Season

For the new ears on the ground, Lloyiso is a South African singer-songwriter from Uitenhage, Eastern Cape, synonymous with adding warmth and soul to pop melodies. Gaining further recognition at the 2023 South African Music Awards, where he won Best Pop Album, he continues to make waves as his single "Gijana" was featured in Billboard’s 10 Cool New Pop Songs. - Listen on Spotify

Lloyiso's sonic and artistic prowess are much to be praised. From his vocal control and range, stage presence, and seamless ability to connect and ignite fans, the performance tier experience at the Old Biscuit Mill was one for the books.

The Ndlovu Touch

What sets this tour apart is Lloyiso's ability to create an intimate atmosphere, making each concert feel like a personal conversation with the audience. He delves into themes that are often left unspoken, the "elephants in the room," and brings them to light through his music. Fans have praised Lloyiso for his vulnerability and authenticity—qualities that have endeared him to many.

Looking Ahead

Lloyiso's "Elephant in the Room" tour comes full circle with a heartfelt closing performance in the Eastern Cape. A poetic ending as we, too, prepare for the change in seasons. Perhaps as we ponder in anticipation, we can only assume and ask: What's next? What else does this journey have to offer? Another international tour, a major collaboration, or maybe, just maybe, the fans ready themselves for the coming postlude chapter: the album.

As for us, we'll be watching closely, eagerly awaiting the next steps in Lloyiso's remarkable journey.
